Consuming extremely cold water can have detrimental effects on your health. During the summer months, it is recommended to drink water that is moderately cool, like that which is kept in a pot. Although many individuals tend to grab chilled water from the refrigerator when they feel thirsty, drinking very cold water can lead to negative consequences. It can impede the digestive process and may result in ailments like indigestion, acidity, and nausea. Additionally, it can contribute to sore throats, nasal congestion, and other respiratory issues.

Drinking Water from the Fridge: Consuming overly cold water may also lead to colds, coughs, and heightened tooth sensitivity.
