Enjoy Goji Berry Smoothie!

Super Goji Berry Smoothie recipe especially for smoothie lovers! The specialty of the recipe is that it is made up of coconut milk, which is unusual. It contains loads of fruits flavor and is a favorite topical beverage. Goji, goji berry or wolfberry is the fruit of Lycium barbarum and Lycium chinense, two closely related species of boxthorn in the nightshade family, Solanaceae.   

Ingredients required for Goji Berry Smoothie

light coconut milk:2 15-oz. Cans
frozen or fresh pineapple chunks: 2 1½ cups
frozen or fresh mango cubes: ¾ cup
vanilla pea-protein powder or unflavored: ¼ cup (4 scoops)
goji berries: ¼ cup
agave nectar: 1 Tbs (optional)

How to make Goji Berry Smoothie

Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
