Fish Fry is a simple recipe to enjoy at cool time and to try some different taste of food,which is very simple and easy to cook in half an hour.
Ingredients:
Chilly powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder1/2 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1Teaspoon
Coconut powder 1 Tablespoon
Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
Fish pieces (betki)250Grams
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoon
Rice flour 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil for fry
Lime juice
Method:
First dry roast the poppy seeds and put it into the blender make a powder.
In this add coconut powder, gingergarlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric, rice flour, salt, blend all together make a paste.
In this add lime juice, add some water mix this like a paste.
Take fish pieces and marinate with made masala and rest it for 1-2 hours. Then shallow fry in the hot oil.
