A 34 year old Casco township man has been accused of placing a camera in the women changing room at Cross Fit Gym in Clinton Township gym which is known as a Best gym in Metro Detroit.

According to the Clinton Township Police, Matthew James Krakowski, an employee at Cross Fit Gym  was defendant for filming/dispensing images of a unclothed person, a felony penalized for five years of jail. He also said that the police have seized the video equipment and analyzing it to ascertain whether there are any additive victims.

In the meantime, the gym authority mailed their employees saying “Some accusations have been made against Matt that are being investigated, but I’m not at liberty to discuss them. As of today, I will be taking over day to day gym operations our daily operations will continue as usual.”

Clinton Township Police received a complaint from the victim regarding the incident that took place about noon of April 12 at Switch Crossfit Gym on Morelli Drive near Groesbeck Highway and Hall Road.

The victim had been working at the gym and was in the changing room when she noticed a camera being retracted through a ceiling tile in the corner of the changing room.
